I met John over 10 years ago when he was working for a local BMW dealership and what I notice about John was that he was a perfectionist.   He worked on my cars like they were his.   John has always been fair about what needs to be done with my cars.   When John left the local BMW dealerships and opened his own shop I followed him.   Last year John completely refurbished my 1990 535i and in the past performed service on my 1989 735il, which I have since sold.   John has done extensive work on my 1996 750il at a reasonable cost.   When you come to John’s shop they make you feel at home.   John is good about not only telling you about your repair needs, but also showing you what needs to be done.   All I can say is that if you want great service and work done on your car at a reasonable cost, then go see John at EMW.          C.
